• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification email with the pickup address and a contact number to arrange a suitable time.
• Kindly note: This is a private address, as Ego Store currently operates online only.
• For same-day pickup, please text your preferred time by 8:30 AM, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

A minimum purchase of $5 NZD applies to all online orders.
