Shipping & Charges 

We will process and dispatch your order as promptly as possible within standard business hours. Orders placed before 10pm Monday to Thursday can be processed within the same day. Orders placed after 10pm Monday to Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated courier times are 1-5 working days for North Island, New Zealand and 3-5 working days for South Island, New Zealand. Rural deliveries will take an extra 1-2 days. All orders are dispatched from Auckland.

Please note, courier delivery times are estimated and do not include processing and dispatch. You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped that will include your tracking number.

When supplying a delivery address, where possible, use a physical address where there will be someone present to receive your delivery between 9am-5pm on weekdays.

Delivery times may increase during sales or holiday periods. Our team will work as quickly as possible to keep to the times above, but please be understanding of the increased volume of orders.

Delivery Charges

  • A Standard Delivery Fee will charge per order depending on the buyer's region. Auckland Region $6, North Island Region $11 & South Island Region $16, up to 5kg, 1-5 working days service. The rural fee is an extra $5.50. Please select Urban or Rural delivery by the time when checking out.
  • Free shipping for Auckland orders above $90.00, North Island orders above $120 and South Island orders $150 (No P.O.Box address)
  • Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address at the time of placing your order. If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details, extra shipping costs will be incurred to re-send your order.

*At this stage, we do not offer international shipping outside of New Zealand

Return or Exchange

If something in your parcel is not quite right (it happens sometimes) please send it back, and we'll exchange it or refund the price. You can return or exchange any item purchased through our online store within 14 working days (with the exception of sale items), please note our return delivery address is Auckland-based. You must process your request for a return within 7 days from when your order was placed, or contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item at Info@egostore.nz to communicate your intention to return or exchange.

Items must be returned unused and unaltered with all original packaging intact. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Ego Store does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend you use a courier that provides tracking and delivery to the door. We will advise you via email once we have received your goods. 

Returns information

Return or Exchange

If something in your parcel is not quite right (it happens sometimes), please send it back to us, and we'll either exchange it for an available item or refund the purchase price. You can return or exchange any item (with the exception of skincare products and sale items) purchased through our online store within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase with us, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for another product.

 

Change of Mind

As soon as you have placed your order, we’re on to it!

We understand that you need your purchase quickly; unfortunately, this means that we will be unable to make any changes as your order is already being processed. You will need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

We are unable to process a refund if you have changed your mind, though your item may be eligible for an exchange if your item is:

- Un-used

- Un-opened, this includes any plastic wrap around the product.

- In original condition, and packaging

For the benefit and confidence of all our customers, once an item is opened, we deem it as being used.

*Please note that Gift cards are not eligible for return* 

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a $5NZD admin fee to facilitate a change of mind return. We highly recommend you return your parcel with tracking, as returns are your responsibility until they reach our return address.

 

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: You must request a return within 7 days from the date your order was placed. Alternatively, contact us at info@egostore.nz within 3 business days of receiving the item to communicate your intention to return or exchange.
  2. Provide evidence: Please send in photos or a short video showing how the product is faulty so that we can determine the replacement request is accepted.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a similar protective box to avoid damage during transit. Once we confirm that a return request is acceptable. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to our Auckland-based return address.

 

Return Conditions:
  • All items must be returned unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Due to health & safety reasons the following items are not available for return and are final sale:
    - Consumables (perishable products – including Health and Beauty/Pharmacy products)
    - Jewellery (earrings)
    - Bedding & towels

 

REFUND

Refund Process:

  1. Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  2. Notification: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item.
  3. Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding the original shipping costs and a $5NZD admin fee. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of return shipping will be your (buyer's) responsibility.
  • We do not refund the original shipping costs.
  • Ego Store does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.

 

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your return package includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation to avoid any issues with lost packages.
  • If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

It is a good prop for photography as well.

Each coasters are unique and some minor imperfections may occur.
